Deluxe Suites - can accommodate up to three guests.
Super Deluxe Suites - Larger suite with individual TV - can accommodate up to four guests.

 

Prices are per suite per day - This includes the drop off and collection days. All prices include VAT

 

The following supplements apply across the year:

 

Bank Holiday (Excluding Xmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day) - £24.00 per suite per day

Xmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day - £36 per suite per day

Deposits:

 

A minimum of 50% Deposit is required before booking can be confirmed (If you have not taken the flex option then full payment will be required). Should you decide to cancel the booking then any deposits are non refundable. Any balance payment will be due on arrival. If a client cancels within 90 days of the arrival date then the full fee will be due. New customers will be required to pay the full amount for their first booking or trial run (50% refunded if cancelled more than 90 days prior to the first boarding day). With Flex Option you may transfer deposits (see terms for full flex option conditions).

 

Rates Include / Exclude:

All walks, play sessions and exercise are included in the above rates.
Food is not included in the rates but we can provide food if required - at additional cost.
Administering of Medication may incur an extra charge depending on complexity and regularity.
New customers may be asked to do a chargable trial run prior to a longer main holiday stay (see terms and conditions).
